To ensure your Kapha system continues to deliver the highest standard of water quality, it's essential to replace these four cartridges every 12 months at a minimum.

Over time, the filters naturally become saturated as they capture contaminants. Regular replacement ensures your system continues to remove impurities effectively while maintaining optimal taste, flow, and overall performance.

Depending on your local water conditions, particularly in areas with hard water, high sediment, or heavy usage, more frequent replacement may be required.

The Full Service Kit includes the yearly essentials in the Standard Service Kit plus the RO Membrane, crucial for deep filtration, to be replaced every three years. Every three years, or if you notice a change in water quality, purchase this Kit instead of the Standard Service Kit. This is the comprehensive overhaul that will revamp your system's entire filtration process. 

The RO membrane is the heart of the Alkaline+ Purifier. Every time you open your tap, your membrane works to remove bacteria, viruses and microscopic toxins from your water supply. After some time these toxins affect the membrane's ability to work at it's optimum and it's filtration weakens. Replacing the RO membrane every 3 years with the rest of your cartridges ensures you'll be drinking the best quality water every day.

Not getting enough filtered water or noticing low water pressure?

Over time, your system’s storage tank will lose pressure. When this happens, the tank may struggle to properly dispense the water it holds, resulting in weaker flow and reduced usable filtered water.

Simply use this air pump (or any standard bike pump) to re-pressurise your tank and restore strong, consistent water pressure, allowing your system to operate at its full capacity.
