Our cartridges are designed for easy DIY replacement and you can change them yourself with our simple 4 minute instruction video.
The system has 5 filters in total. All filters except the RO Membrane need renewing once a year. These 4 filters are the ones that make up our Standard Service Kit.
The RO Membrane has a longer lifespan and is only replaced once every three years.
These time frames can vary depending on your water quality and usage, and if you live in a hard water area you may need to replace them sooner.
We also send you a reminder when your cartridges are due.
The installation process is simple and flexible to suit your needs:

Far-infrared Ceramic Beads: Our Alkaline Mineralising Cartridge even goes a step further to include Far-infrared ceramic beads. These beads emit far infrared rays (FIR) which reduce the clusters in the water molecules – increasing the bio-available response and oxygen absorption in the body. Yes, absolutely! In fact, of all the filtration methods, reverse osmosis is the only method that effectively removes fluoride from your tap water. This is due to the filter's very small membrane size of 0.0001um providing a strong barrier against fluoride.
With the Alkaline+ Purifier, there is no need to boil water for baby formula! This is because our reverse osmosis system removes far more contaminants than boiling does.

Four of the cartridges (Sediment Filter, 2x Carbon Filters & PH+ Alkaline Mineraliser) require renewing annually and the RO Membrane cartridge requires renewing once every 3 years but these time frames can vary depending on your water usage and quality.
If your city has hard water, your cartridges may require renewing more frequently. We send you a free reminder when your cartridges are due for replacement.

Our system replicates nature's way of mineralising water. In nature, water flows over rocks absorbing alkaline minerals and raising the pH. Similarly, after the reverse osmosis filtration removes all contaminants and minerals, the water flows through our PH+ Alkaline Mineralising Cartridge which contains raw, natural minerals, including, magnesium, calcium and other trace minerals. These naturally alkaline minerals are absorbed into the water which organically raises the pH to a high alkaline level.
Yes, you can still install the Alkaline+ Purifier even if you're renting! It is designed for easy installation, ensuring that the integrity and functionality of the existing plumbing are not compromised. Plus, it's easily removable for when you relocate.
