Our reverse osmosis filtration system is designed to remove up to 99% of contaminants, including heavy metals (like lead, aluminium and arsenic), chlorine, fluoride, pathogens (viruses and bacteria), as well as undesirable odours and taste.
Fun fact: Reverse osmosis is the most effective way to remove fluoride from your tap water. This is due to the filter's very small membrane size of 0.0001 providing a strong barrier against fluoride.
The Alkaline+ Purifier combines reverse osmosis filtration to remove up to 99% of contaminants with a unique remineralisation process. This process adds back essential minerals like magnesium and calcium, and incorporates far infrared ceramic balls to enhance hydration and bioavailability, making it stand out in the market.
Our cartridges are designed for easy, DIY replacement so you can do it yourself with our simple 6-Step instruction card included with your Service Kit.
Four of the cartridges (Sediment Filter, 2x Carbon Filters & PH+ Alkaline Mineraliser) require renewing annually and the RO Membrane cartridge requires renewing once every 3 years but these time frames can vary depending on your water usage and quality. If your city has hard water, your cartridges may require renewing more frequently.
We send you a free reminder when your cartridges are due for replacement.
To keep your Alkaline+ Purifier delivering pristine, high alkaline water, select our Standard Service Kit once a year, which replenishes your sediment, carbon filters, and the Alkaline Mineraliser.
Mark the calendar: every three years, it's time for the Full Service Kit. This includes everything from the Standard Kit plus the RO Membrane, vital for high-level filtration. If you've observed any changes in water taste or clarity before the three-year mark, don't hesitate to opt for the Full Service Kit sooner—it's your cue to ensure your purifier continues to deliver the cleanest water.
Our system is designed for straightforward installation under your sink with clear instructions provided. Most customers find they can install the Alkaline+ Purifier themselves and we're here to provide support, otherwise you can arrange installation with one of our recommended plumber or your own plumber.
The system can not be connected to your existing kitchen faucet unless it is a 3-way faucet.
The Alkaline+ Purifier comes with a single filter faucet, but if you would like the convenience of an all-in-one tap allowing you to connect the water filter without drilling an extra hole for the filter tap, you can opt to replace your exisiting faucet for one of our 3-way Filter Faucets. This allows you to enjoy hot and cold tap water, and filtered alkaline water all from a single faucet, blending seamlessly with your kitchen's style.
Yes, you can still install the Alkaline+ Purifier even if you're renting. Its compact design and simple installation mean no permanent changes to your kitchen, making it renter-friendly. Plus, it's easily removable for when you relocate. To align with your lease, we advise checking with your landlord or property manager first.
