RETURNS & WARRANTY
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your Kapha product. However if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return it to us for a refund. Please see below for information and guidelines of our refund policy.
Returns
All returns must be sent back to us within 14 days of delivery, except for the Alkaline+ Purifier for which we offer a 30 day money back guarantee. We do not cover the cost of return shipping or the costs of installation and uninstallation of the Alkaline+ Purifier.
30-Day Money Back Guarantee
We guarantee customer satisfaction with our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee for our Alkaline+ Purifier. If you’re not satisfied with your product for any reason, return the product to us for a refund within 30 days of installation. If installation was not arranged with us, proof of the date of installation is required.
The 30-Day Money back guarantee covers the cost of the product only. It does not cover the cost of installation, disconnection and return postage of the product.
Replacement filters including the Stan and Full Service Kits as well as replacement components and faucets are excluded from our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.
Kapha reserves the right to refuse refunds on items returned that have been tampered with, damaged or are missing items. Products must be returned in the original packaging which must be in original condition.
In the occurrence of products returned within these conditions we will void your refund and return of the product back to you will incur a return shipping fee.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:

Replacement cartridges that have been opened or used.

Faucets that have been used.

Faulty/Damaged
For products that have arrived to you faulty or damaged please contact us at the contact details below to report the damages within seven (7) days of delivery. If the damage or defect is deemed to be covered under warranty, at no additional cost to the customer, Kapha will either:
a) arrange the return of the damaged or faulty product and send a replacement product or part. OR
b) arrange a return or the damaged or faulty product and upon verification of the fault or damage, provide a refund of the product.

3-Year Parts Warranty Outline
We hold ourselves to the highest quality standards in the industry and never compromise on quality. We guarantee our customers’ satisfaction however, if for some reason you’re not pleased with a product please contact us and we’ll do our best to help you.
As a business who proudly stands behind the quality of their products, Kapha provides a 3-Year Parts Warranty to all customers on most of our product range. Due to varying water quality across Australia this excludes filter cartridges.
Warranty Conditions
The Kapha 3-Year Parts & Labour Warranty shall be void however, if the product sustains damage or failure resulting from any of the following:
- Incorrect installation of the system(s)
- If your system(s) fails to be maintained in accordance with recommended servicing and as per the manufacturers operating instructions
- Unauthorised or abnormal use or operation. This includes running hot water through the purification or filtration system (excluding shower and bath filters)
- Exposure to unsuitable environmental conditions (including, but not limited to damage due to lightning strikes)
*Please note that we do not cover the work of the plumber who originally installed the system.

Return Process
1- Read our terms & conditions of purchase and returns to avoid any confusion & processing delays.
2- Uninstall the system/product as per the manufacturers operating instructions
3- Ensure all parts and components of the product are dry and place them into the box you received your product in
4- Print and fill out the return form ensuring you fill in all sections to make it easy and fast for us to process.
5- Post back to address provided. Regular or Express shipping method is up to the customer along with the shipping company you choose to use. We highly recommend you get a return tracking number as we do not take responsibility for lost returns.

Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item will process your return please allow at least seven days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card or bank statement, depending on your bank company. We will notify you by email when you return has been processed.
