RETURNS & WARRANTY
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your Kapha product. However if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return it to us for a refund. Please see below for information and guidelines of our refund policy.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery with the exception of the Alkaline+ Purifier, which is backed by our 60-day money back guarantee.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The following items cannot be returned:

Any and all replacement cartridges

Faucets that have been used.
All returns must be in original, unused condition and include all packaging and components.
Kapha reserves the right to refuse returns and refunds on items returned that have been used, tampered with, damaged or are incomplete.
If a returned product does not meet our return conditions, the refund will be voided and return of the product back to you will incur a return shipping fee.
60-Day Money Back Guarantee - Alkaline+ Purifier
We guarantee customer satisfaction with our 60-Day Money Back Guarantee for our Alkaline+ Purifier. Try the system and if you’re not satisfied with it for any reason, return it to us for a refund within 60 days of delivery.
The 60-Day Money back guarantee covers the cost of the product only. It does not cover the cost of installation, disconnection and return postage of the product.
Replacement filters including the Standard and Full Service Kits as well as replacement components and faucets are excluded from our 60-Day Money Back Guarantee.
Kapha reserves the right to refuse refunds on items returned that have been tampered with, damaged or are missing items. Product must be returned in the original packaging which must be in original condition.
In the occurrence of products returned within these conditions we will void your refund and return of the product back to you will incur a return shipping fee.
Return Process
1- Read our terms & conditions of purchase and returns to avoid any confusion & processing delays.
2- Uninstall the system/product as per the manufacturers operating instructions
3- Ensure all parts and components of the product are dry and place them into the box you received your product in
4- Fill out the return form ensuring you fill in all sections to make it easy and fast for us to process.
5- Post back to address provided. Regular or Express shipping method is up to the customer along with the shipping company you choose to use. We highly recommend you get a return tracking number as we do not take responsibility for lost returns.

Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will begin processing your return.
Original shipping are non-refundable, even if shipping was initially covered by us. This amount will be deducted from your total refund.
Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card or bank statement, depending on your bank company. We will notify you by email when you return has been processed.
Faulty/Damaged
For products that have arrived to you faulty or damaged please contact us at the contact details below to report the damages within seven (7) days of delivery. If the damage or defect is deemed to be covered under warranty, at no additional cost to the customer, Kapha will either:
a) arrange the return of the damaged or faulty product and send a replacement product or part. OR
b) arrange a return or the damaged or faulty product and upon verification of the fault or damage, provide a refund of the product.

Warranty
We hold ourselves to the highest quality standards in the industry and never compromise on quality. Your satisfaction is important to us —if for some reason you’re not pleased with a product please contact us and we’ll do our best to help you.
As a business who proudly stands behind the quality of their products, Kapha provides Lifetime Warranty on our Alkaline+ Purifier and 12-Month Warranty on all other products (excluding filter cartridges, due to varying water quality across Australia).
Warranty Conditions
Kapha's Warranty shall be void however, if the product sustains damage or failure resulting from any of the following:
- Incorrect installation of the system(s)
- If your system(s) fails to be maintained in accordance with recommended servicing and as per the manufacturers operating instructions
- Unauthorised or abnormal use or operation. This includes running hot water through the purification or filtration system (excluding shower and bath filters)
- Exposure to unsuitable environmental conditions
Please note: Labour costs are not covered under this warranty and we do not cover the work of the plumber who originally installed the system. Please read our Installation Terms & Conditions for more information.
