Reverse osmosis Filtration: Using the most comprehensive filtration technology in the industry our Alkaline+ Purifier removes up to 99.9% of all Total Dissolved Solids (Contaminants).

Remineralisation: Remineralisation is an essential feature when looking for a water filter. Once the water has been through the super fine reverse osmosis filtration, it requires replenishment of minerals. Our Alkaline+ Purifier uses a Mineralising Cartridge made up of 100% natural and raw minerals including magnesium, calcium and many other trace minerals to mineralise and organically raise the ph of the water.

Far-infrared Ceramic Beads: Our Alkaline Mineralising Cartridge even goes a step further to include Far-infrared ceramic beads. These beads emit far infrared rays (FIR) which reduce the clusters in the water molecules – increasing the bio-available response and oxygen absorption in the body. Far-infrared energy is extensively used in the Far East due to its therapeutic properties.

Compact & Easy Maintenance: The Alkaline+ Purifier's compact design takes up less than half the space of traditional reverse osmosis systems. It's easy quick-change disposable cartridges means there is no chance for bacteria build up and changing your cartridges each year is a breeze!

Our cartridges are designed for easy, DIY replacement so you can do it yourself with our simple 6-Step instruction card included with your Service Kit.

Four of the cartridges (Sediment Filter, 2x Carbon Filters & PH+ Alkaline Mineraliser) require renewing once a year and the RO Membrane cartridge requires renewing once every 3 years but these time frames can vary depending on your water usage and quality. If your city has hard water, your cartridges may require renewing more frequently.

We send you a free reminder when your cartridges are due for replacement.

Choose the Standard Service Kit for yearly refresh of sediment, carbon filters and Alkaline Mineraliser.

If it's been three years since you purchased your system, or three years since you last renewed your RO membrane, purchase the Full Service Kit instead, which includes the RO Membrane along with all the cartridges included in the Standard Service Kit. If you've observed any changes in water taste or clarity before the three-year mark, don't hesitate to opt for the Full Service Kit sooner—it's your cue to ensure your water filter continues to deliver the cleanest water.

Our system is designed for straightforward installation under your sink with clear instructions provided. Some customers find they can install the Alkaline+ Purifier themselves and we're here to provide support.

To comply with state plumbing codes, it is recommended to use a plumber.

Yes, you can still install the Alkaline+ Purifier even if you're renting. Its compact design and simple installation means it can be easily installed and easily removed when you relocate. To align with your lease, we advise checking with your landlord or property manager first.

Yes, absolutely! In fact, of all the filtration methods, reverse osmosis is the only method that effectively removes fluoride from your tap water. This is due to the filter's very small membrane size of 0.0001um providing a strong barrier against fluoride.

The system can not be connected to your existing kitchen faucet unless it is a 3-way faucet.

The Alkaline+ Purifier comes with a single filter faucet, but if you would like the convenience of an all-in-one tap allowing you to connect the water filter without drilling an extra hole for the filter tap, you can opt to replace your exisiting faucet for one of our 3-way Filter Faucets. This allows you to enjoy hot and cold tap water, and filtered alkaline water all from a single faucet, blending seamlessly with your kitchen's style.

Absolutely! Reverse osmosis is the gold standard in water filtration, offering the finest possible filtration with the highest removal rate of all other filtration methods. By removing contaminants like chlorine and adding back natural minerals, our Alkaline+ Purifier not only purifies but also enhances the taste of your water, making it fresher and more enjoyable to drink.

The Alkaline+ Purifier can not be connected to the whole house. This system actually removes far more contaminants than a whole house filter! It is installed under your kitchen sink, filtering your drinking water. We recommend to combine our Alkaline+ Purifier with shower filters in your bathroom to have the benefits of both filtered drinking water and showering water.

With the Alkaline+ Purifier, there is no need to boil water for baby formula! This is because our reverse osmosis system removes far more contaminants than boiling water does.

The Alkaline+ Purifier is designed to work with a wide range of water pressures. However, optimal operation occurs between 40 and 80 psi. If your home water pressure is outside this range, you might need to adjust it or install a pressure regulator.

Please note, if your home runs on a rainwater tank, a reverse osmosis system is not ideal. Please contact us for an alternative water filter option.
