Eligibility
The installation service is available Australia Wide.
Included in installation price:
• Travel time to site (if within 25kms from CBD). Additional charges may apply if further travel required to site.
• Removal of existing product
• Complete Installation of the product(s) listed in the installation agreement, that have been prepurchased and brought to site by you.
• Returning the installation site to the same condition as the installer found it upon arriving on site.
• Disposal of rubbish caused by installation.
Not included in installation price:
(Note these services may be considered at an additional cost if arranged with T2 Services prior to the installation date):
• Installation of product(s) not listed in the installation agreement.
• Supply and delivery of the product(s).
• Drilling through stone bench top (additional quote can be provided)
• Repairs / Replacement / Painting of old product footprints (eg. patching screw holes in walls, removing silicone from tiles etc.).
• AS/NZS 3500 compliant installations, including PLV’s and isolation taps.
• Alteration of existing plumbing to suit new product.
• Additional materials / fixtures required to install new product.
• Any structural changes required to install new product such as cutting a shelf under sink etc.
• Disposal of old product or building waste.
T2 Responsibilities
• We will warrant the installation work for a period of 3 months. Note that this warranty covers only the installation works undertaken. The manufacturer of the product bears liability for warranty claims relating to product fault.
• Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, all other warranties are excluded except for domestic building warranties prescribed in relevant legislation and warranties from the products manufacturer.
• Installation is performed by licensed tradespeople who have been sourced and vetted by T2 Services Pty Ltd. If you have any issues regarding the installation work, please raise them immediately with T2 Services Pty Ltd.
• Installation appointments are scheduled on weekdays between the hours of 7am and 4pm. Out of hours installation appointments will be accommodated when possible and may incur additional costs.
• Once the installation is complete, the installer will tidy the site and leave it in the same condition as they found it.
Customers Responsibilities
• You must ensure that the product and the installation services are suitable for your purpose and your site.
• You must inspect the purchased product for cosmetic manufacturing faults prior to booking the installation. If a fault is found return the product to your local Bunnings Warehouse and exchange for a new product.
• Any information you provide to us will be relied upon by us. You will be liable for any additional costs incurred if your representations are incorrect.
• You must ensure that the site is accessible and safe for our tradespeople to attend and complete the installation.
• You must give us all relevant information about the site beforehand. You must provide access to amenities, electricity, water, light, and gas as required.
• You confirm that you are the homeowner or that you have authority from the homeowner for the installation works to be conducted.
• You, or a responsible person aged 18 years or older, must be at home during the installation.
• You agree and acknowledge that the tradespeople performing the installation are
employees/contractors of T2 Services Pty Ltd and are not employees of Kapha.
• If you have a complaint after installation, you must allow T2 Services to assess or access to your site to inspect.
• You agree and acknowledge that you are responsible for removal and disposal of any replaced fixtures, where a like for like installation has occurred.
• You agree and acknowledge that you are responsible for removal and disposal of product packaging.
• If you fail to perform your obligations or if anything you agree to under this contract is not correct or breached, then you must indemnify T2 Services for all costs, expenses, and liabilities, which T2 Services incur as a result.
Privacy
T2 Services may collect your personal information to allow us to supply you with goods or services or to allow products to be installed. We will not use or disclose your personal information for any other purpose unless authorised by law. We will disclose your personal information as necessary to the installation services provider to enable them to provide this service to you.
